Our work with Gather Kitchen, Bar and Market was our first opportunity to support an existing business. One that worked diligently through the pandemic to keep their staff safe, their community nourished and continued to support local farms and food makers. We helped them improve their bar program with new operating procedures, tools, tightened up their inventory and of course we had to leave them with a few tasty new drinks!
