Nose: Fresh cut grass, banana and marshmallow
Palate: Cinnamon, oak and hint of salinity
Finish: Medium, warm with continued baked spice
Blend: Blend of 5 rums aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels and used red wine casks
Finished: Ex-bourbon barrel washed with cinnamon tea

With so many beautiful light rums on the market we sought out to make a subtly gold rum with style and integrity. We crafted a rum with enough proof to play with citrus and enough character to be stirred.
We finish our rum in barrels we have washed with cinnamon tea. We have a strong affinity for torched cinnamon in a bar or a pot of cinnamon steeping on the stove. Cinnamon is also loaded with natural antioxidants and carries anti inflammatory properties.
As part of this first collaboration we proudly donated a portion of our proceeds to the #KeepItCaring Fund, supported by Oakland Cocktail Week and administered in partnership by the Oakland Indie Alliance and Working Solutions towards their $1.5 million fundraising goal. Funds raised will be issued as grants to small businesses in Oakland, especially bars that have been unable to open during the COVID 19 pandemic.
