For their grand reopening the folx at The New Parkway Theater wanted to offer their guests something new - boozy slushies and tap cocktails! We were excited to sign on and offer Al’s expertise in slushy formulas and Susan’s experience with tap cocktail programs. But this project challenged us to adapt our recipes and formulas to fit in with The New Parkway’s beer/wine liquor license. The result was a menu of fun and flavorful, low abv cocktails that still provided guests with a top shelf imbibing experience.
