Mela bistro
In Spring of 2020, as bars and restaurants were shutting down, family run Mela Bistro acquired a full liquor license and wanted to convert their upstairs to a bar. Chef Adiam & Yonas welcomed us in with warmth and trust. We sought to provide them with a beverage program that could be executed by a small staff and would mirror their menu of bold flavors, vibrant colors and nutritious meals that make you feel good! We proudly continue to support them with spirits education, advice on how to batch cocktails and connected them with the liquor brands featured in their menu for continued brand support for their small business.
